Terms & Condition

Payment terms will be agreed upon between Coxtim and the client prior to the start of any project. Payment is required in full upon completion of the project.

Coxtim will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project. Any delays caused by the client may result in a delay of the project completion date.

The client retains ownership of any materials provided to Coxtim for use in the project. Coxtim retains ownership of all intellectual property developed during the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Coxtim agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to any third party without the client's prior written consent.
